Lucent Technologies, Inc., ialah syarikat telekomunikasi Amerika yang beribu pejabat di Murray Hill, New Jersey, Amerika Syarikat. Ditubuhkan pada 30 September 1996, melalui pemecahan unit perniagaan AT&T Technologies yang dahulunya bernama AT&T Corporation, yang termasuk Western Electric dan Bell Labs.[1]
Lucent bergabung dengan Alcatel SA dari Perancis pada 1 Disember 2006, membentuk Alcatel-Lucent.[2] Pada Januari 2016, Alcatel-Lucent diambil-alih oleh Nokia.
