Lily
Lily adalah genus tumbuhan berbunga. Terdapat banyak spesies teratai, seperti teratai sangkakala dan teratai harimau. Mereka biasanya agak tinggi, dan adalah saka.
Kebanyakan teratai tumbuh dari mentol, yang dalam sesetengah spesies berkembang menjadi rizom, yang membawa mentol kecil. Teknik yang sangat cekap untuk pembentukan berbilang pucuk dan propagul dalam teratai melalui teknik kultur tisu tumbuhan telah diberikan oleh Yadav et al., pada tahun 2013[3]
