Lembiding (Stenochlaena palustris) ialah spesies pakis ubatan yang boleh dimakan. Ia ialah sejenis pakis yang hidup membiak di tanah lembap di kawasan-kawasan yang cerah atau sedikit teduh.

Dalam perubatan tradisi di India dan Malaysia, daun pakis ini digunakan sebagai ubat demam, penyakit kulit, ulser dan sakit perut.[1][2]

Huraian

Daun lembiding yang berbentuk pelepah dibahagikan menjadi daun-daun kecil yang mempunyai tepi bergigi. Permukaan bawah daun-daun ini dilitupi dengan bintik-bintik kecil yang berwarna perang dan merupakan sorus yang mengandungi spora.
