Lektor
Dalam beberapa mazhab gereja Kristian, terdapat seorang lektor [lék-tor] bertugas membacakan kitab suci di sebuah liturgi gereja.
Tugasan ini wujud paling utamanya semasa sebelum zaman moden ketika kecelikan huruf dalam kalangan masyarakat sangat kurang lalu ia menjadi suatu pekerjaan sangat dipandang tinggi.
