Lee Chun-hee (Hangul: 이천희, Hanja: 李天熙) (lahir pada 19 Februari 1979) merupakan seorang Pelakon yang berasal dari Korea Selatan.

Beliau memulakan debut lakonannya menerusi filem A Good Lawyer's Wife pada tahun 2003.
Kehidupan peribadi
Beliau telah berkahwin dengan Jeon Hye-jin pada tarikh 11 Mac 2011 dan dikurniakan seorang anak yang diberi nama Lee So Yu pada 30 Julai 2011.
