Lawrence "Larry" Lessig (lahir 3 Jun 1961) ialah seorang ahli akademik dan aktivis politik Amerika. Beliau dikenali sebagai penyokong pengurangan pembatasan undang-undang ke atas hak cipta, tanda dagang, dan spektrum frekuensi radio, khususnya dalam pelbagai penerapan teknologi. Di Amerika Syarikat, beliau telah menyeru aktivisme besar-besaran dengan lingkup negara untuk mempromosikan reformasi yang substantif kepada pemerintah melalui Second Constitutional Convention.[1]

Beliau berkhidmat sebagai pengarah Edmond J. Safra Foundation Center for Ethics di Universiti Harvard dan merupakan profesor undang-undang di Harvard Law School. Sebelum kembali menyertai Harvard, Lessig ialah profesor undang-undang di Stanford Law School serta pengasas Stanford Center for Internet and Society.
