Labu merah, labu parang atau labu ambu, dengan nama saintifik Cucurbita moschata ialah spesies yang berasal dari Amerika Tengah atau sama ada utara Amerika Selatan.[2] Ia termasuk kultivar yang dipanggil labu manis atau skuasy. Kultivar C. moschata umumnya lebih tahan cuaca panas lembap, berbanding kultivar C. maxima atau C. pepo. Ia umumnya turut memaparkan ketahanan yang tinggi terhadap penyakit dan serangga, khususnya bagi penebuk sulur labu. Campuran pai labu yang dibuat komersial selalunya kerap dibuat daripada varieti C. moschata.
