Kitab Daniel, ditulis dalam Ibrani dan Aramia, adalah kitab dalam kedua-dua Injil Ibrani (Tanakh) dan Perjanjian Lama Kristian. Buku ini disetkan semasa Pengurungan Babylonia, iaitu tempoh apabila Yahudi telah dipindahkan dan diusir ke Babylon. Buku ini berputar sekitar tokoh Nabi Daniel, seorang bani Israel yang menjadi penasihat kepada Nebuchadnezzar, pemerintah Babylon dari 605 SM - 562 SM.
