Kate Ford (lahir 29 Disember 1976) ialah seorang pelakon British terkenal yang memainkan watak Tracy Barlow menerusi siri televisyen Coronation Street antara 2002 dan 2007, dan dari 2010 dan seterusnya.

Kerjaya

Kate memulakan kerjayanya adalah dalam muzik video kumpulan The Beatles berjudul "Free as a Bird" pada tahun 1995.

Kehidupan peribadi

Kate telah berkahwin dengan seorang penerbit TV iaitu Jon Connnerty pada 13 Oktober 2007 dan dia dikurniakan anak pada tahun 2008. Kate dan Connerty bercerai sekitar tahun 2015.
