Juling atau strabismus ialah keadaan kedua-dua biji mata tidak terjajar dengan lurus,[1] disebabkan kekurangan penyelarasan antara otot-otot luar okulus yang menghalang mata dari merenung ke arah yang sama dalam sesebuah ruang, oleh itu membantutkan daya penglihatan dwimata dan boleh menjejaskan persepsi dalaman. Keadaan mata juling ini mungkin disebabkan oleh gangguan terhadap penyelarasan mata dalam otak, atau daya atau arah gerakan otot-otot berkenaan. Masalah juling yang serius boleh dirawat bersama oleh pakar-pakar ortoptik dan oftalmologi.
