John Glover Roberts Jr. (lahir 27 Januari 1955) merupakan Ketua Hakim Mahkamah Agung Amerika Syarikat ke-17 sejak tahun 2005 dan yang terkini. Dilantik oleh Presiden George W. Bush, Roberts secara umumnya dianggap sebagai ahli sayap yang lebih konservatif di mahkamah.
Sebelum menyertai Mahkamah Agung pada 29 September 2005, Roberts merupakan seorang hakim Mahkamah Rayuan Amerika Syarikat bagi Daerah Columbia selama dua tahun. Roberts telah digambarkan sebagai penyokong yang konsisten untuk prinsip konservatif oleh penganalisis seperti Jeffrey Toolbar.
