Jean-Martin Charcot
Jean-Martin Charcot (29 November 1825 - 16 Ogos 1893) merupakan seorang doktor Perancis. Beliau menjadi doktor pada tahun 1853 dan menjadi doktor di hospital Paris, dan pada tahun 1870 menjadi profesor di Akademi Kedoktoran di Paris Sebagai seorang doktor beliau mengembangkan teknik hipnos dan cadangan mental untuk menyembuhkan pesakit psiko-neurotis, khususnya penderita histeria.[1]
