Jack Ruby (lahir pada 25 Mac 1911[1] – 3 Januari 1967) ialah seorang pengendali kelab malam di Dallas, Texas. Dia merupakan orang yang menembak mati pembunuh Presiden Amerika Syarikat John F. Kennedy iaitu Lee Harvey Oswald pada 24 November 1963. Beliau dibicarakan atas tindakannya itu dan didapati bersalah serta dijatuhi hukuman mati. Dia kemudiannya memohon untuk dibicarakan semula dan permohonannya itu diterima. Sebelum dia sempat dibicarakan semula, dia mati akibat barah paru-paru.[2]
