InBev (Euronext: INB, NYSE: ABV) ialah syarikat bir yang terbesar di dunia. Sedangkan perniagaan terasnya ialah bir, InBev juga mempunyai kedudukan yang mantap dalam pasaran minuman ringan di Amerika Latin. Ia menggaji kira-kira 86,000 orang dan berpusat di Leuven, Belgium.
Pada tahun 2004, Interbrew, syarikat Belgium, dan AmBev, syarikat Brazil, bergabung untuk mencipta InBev yang merupakan kilang bir yang terbesar di dunia.
InBev mempunyai kilang di melebihi 30 buah negara, dan menjual keluarannya di melebihi 130 buah negara. [1] Pada tahun 2006, ia mempunyai nilai pasaran sebanyak €30.6 bilion, dan untung bersih €3.2 bilion pada jualan sebanyak €13.3 bilion.
