Hop ialah bunga betina (juga dipanggil kon biji benih atau strobilus) bagi tumbuhan hop, Humulus lupulus.[1] Hop digunakan terutamanya sebagai agen perisa dan kestabilan di dalam bir, yang kepadanya ia menyebabkan rasa pahit dan masam, teapi hop juga digunakan untuk pelbagai tujuan di dalam minuman lain dan perubatan herba.
