Hashim Embong ialah seorang ahli politik di Malaysia. Beliau ialah bekas Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (ADUN) Jeram, Terengganu (1969-1974) selepas menang bertanding dalam pilihan raya umum Malaysia 1969 mewakili Parti Islam Se-Malaysia. Beliau pernah menjadi Yang Dipertua PAS Kawasan Kuala Nerus (1969-1971), Ketua DPP Kuala Nerus dan AJK Perhubungan PAS Terengganu. Pada 2011, beliau bersama 20 yang lain dinobat sebagai tokoh Jubli Emas PAS Terengganu.[1]
