Dato' Haji Hamdan Bahari adalah merupakan Yang di-Pertua Dewan Undangan Negeri Perlis yang menggantikan Dato' Yazid Mat pada tahun 2013 lalu. Beliau merupakan Pengarah Jabatan Kemajuan Masyarakat Negeri Perlis sebelum dilantik sebagai Speaker DUN Perlis.[1] Beliau telah menjawat jawatan tersebut untuk penggal kedua pada 2018 lalu.[2]
