Gillian Chung Yan-tung ialah salah satu ahli kumpulan Twins. Gillian dilahirkan di Hong Kong pada 21 Januari 1981. Nama asalnya ialah Chung Dik-saan.Kemudiannya, ditukar kepada Chung Ka-lai. Namanya ditukarkan lagi semasa memasuki dunia hiburan menjadi Chung Yan-tung.
