FCSB (sebutan Romania: [ˈste̯awa bukuˈreʃtʲ]) ialah sebuah kelab bola sepak profesional Romania berpangkalan di Bucharest. Kelab ini bermain dalam Liga I. Di peringkat domestik, Steaua telah memenangi Liga I 26 kali, Cupa României 22 kali, Supercupa României 6 kali dan Cupa Ligii sekali. Dalam pertandingan UEFA, mereka telah memenangi Piala Eropah dan Piala Super Eropah pada tahun 1986.
