"Everything Changes" ("Segalanya Berubah") ialah lagu yang dirakamkan dan dipersembahkan oleh kumpulan hip hop Malaysia, Poetic Ammo menampilkan duet bersama Lady D, dikeluarkan pada 5 Januari 1998 sebagai single sulung mereka yang dimuatkan dalam album sulung mereka, It's A Nice Day To Be Alive.[1][2][3] Muzik videonya diarahkan oleh Jamie Quah.
