Embargo

Dasar pemulauan yang dilaksanakan oleh kerajaan terhadap import dari negara tertentu.

Semua pihak berkuasa tempatan di pelabuhan, lapangan terbang dan stesen keretapi melarang barang dari negara yang dikenakan embargo dibawa masuk ke dalam negara.

Sekatan embargo bertujuan menyekat import dan seterusnya menjejaskan ekonomi negara musuh atau negara yang melanggar prinsip kemanusiaan dunia.
