Elsa Lafuente Medianu (Sepanyol: [ˈelsa laˈfwente meˈðjanu]; lahir 18 Julai 1976),[1] dikenali dengan nama panggungnya Elsa Pataky, ialah model dan pelakon Sepanyol. Pataky terkenal dengan watak utamanya sebagai Raquel Alonso dalam drama remaja Sepanyol Al salir de Clase (1997-2002), sebelum mendapat pengiktirafan antarabangsa sebagai Elena Neves dalam francais Fast & Furious.
