El Kef (Arab: الكاف il-kāfⓘ), juga dikenali sebagai Le Kef, merupakan sebuah bandar di barat laut Tunisia. Ia berfungsi sebagai ibu kota Kawasan kegabenoran Kef.

El Kef terletak 175 kilometer (109 bt) ke barat Tunis dan kira-kira 40 kilometer (25 bt) timur sempadan antara Algeria dan Tunisia. Ia mempunyai populasi 45,191 (banci 2004).[2] Pekan lama ini dibina di atas tebing gunung Jebel Dyr di atas meja. El Kef adalah ibu kota sementara Tunisia semasa Perang Dunia Kedua. Ia adalah pusat perintah Front de Libération Nationale semasa Perang Kemerdekaan Algeria menentang Perancis pada tahun 1950-an.

Makam Sidi Bou Makhlouf menguburkan santo penaung bandar itu.
