Dubna (Rusia: Дубна́) merupakan satu pekan dalam daerah Taldomsky, Moscow Oblast, Russia, pekan paling utara di Oblast Moscow. Populasinya mengikut bancian pada 2002 ialah 60,951 penduduk.

Pekan ini terletak kira-kira 125 km di utara Moscow, di tempat pertemuan Terusan Moscow dengan Sungai Volga, di hilir Takungan Ivankovskoye. The reservoir is formed by a hydroelectric dam across the Volga situated within the town limits. The town is located on both banks of the Volga, and the dam serves as the only bridge.

The public transport connections to Moscow include express trains, suburban trains and bus shuttles departing from the Savyolovskiy Rail Terminal.

Dubna was founded in 1956, together with the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR), a large international research laboratory involved mainly in particle physics, heavy ion physics, transuranium elements and radiobiology. The name of element 105, Dubnium, is derived from the name of the town. One can find street names related to physics, for example Kurchatov Street and Bogolyubov Street. JINR was initially the main employer in the town but its role has been gradually decreasing with the appearance of many industrial enterprises.

The world's largest statue of Vladimir Lenin is located in Dubna at the confluence of the Volga and the Moscow Canal. The statue, which was built in the 1930s, is 15m high. The accompanying statue of Joseph Stalin of the same size was demolished in 1963 during the period of destalinization.
