Destrier

Destrier adalah sejenis kuda perang dari Zaman Pertengahan yang popular. Ia membawa kesatria ke medan perang, pertandingan dan joust. Ia dihuraikan oleh sumber-sumber kontemporari sebagai Kuda Besar, di sebabkan kepentingannya.

Meskipun dihargai oleh para kesatria dan man-at-arms, penggunaan destrier adalah tidak lazim.[1] Kebanyakan para kesatria dan man-at-arm akan menunggang kuda-kuda perang yang lain seperti courser dan rouncey.[2]
