David Khari Webber Chappelle (lahir 24 Ogos 1973) ialah seorang pelawak, pelakon, penulis dan penerbit dari Amerika Syarikat. Beliua terkenal menghasilkan siri sketsa komedi Chappelle's Show ditulis bersama Neal Brennan dari 2003 sehingga Dave bersara pada tahun 2005.
