CD Baby, Inc. ialah sebuah syarikat pengedar muzik Amerika Syaikat yang ditubuhkan pada tahun 1998, awalnya merupakan kedai muzik runcit dan pengedar CD muzik untuk artis rakaman. Pada tahun 2004 CD Baby menjadi aggregator untuk muzik indie yang mengedarkan audio digital ke Spotify, Apple Music dan perkhidmatan digital lain.[2][3]

Mulai tahun 2018 CD Baby beroperasi di Portland, Oregon, yang beribu pejabat di New York dan London.[4] Pada 31 Mac 2020, CD Baby menghentikan perkhidmatan kedai muziknya dan tetap beroperasi sebagai pengedar muzik audio digital.[5]
