Raja Brian Boru (s. 941 – 23 April 1014, bahasa Ireland Lama: Brian Bóruma mac Cennétig; bahasa Ireland Pertengahan: Brian Bóruma; moden Ireland: Brian Bóramha) ialah seorang raja Ireland yang menamatkan penguasaan Perajaan Tinggi Ireland oleh Uí Néill. Baginda membina pencapaian paduka ayahanda baginda, Cennétig mac Lorcain, dan terutamanya paduka kakanda tua baginda, Mathgamain, Raja Brian menjadikan diri baginda sendiri sebagai Raja Munster, kemudian subjugated Leinster, lalu menjadi Raja Ireland. Baginda merupakan pengasas dinasti O'Brien.
