Bo Derek (lahir Mary Cathleen Collins; 20 November 1956)[1] ialah seorang pelakon filem dan televisyen dan model Amerika Syarikat yang terkenal dengan peranan filemnya dalam filem komedi seks 10 (1979). Beliau diarahkan oleh suaminya John Derek dalam Fantasies, Tarzan, the Ape Man (keduanya 1981), Bolero (1984) dan Ghosts Can't Do It (1989), meraih ulasan negatif. Bergelar janda sejak 1998, beliau tinggal bersama John Corbett.
