Benjamin Bratt (lahir 16 Disember 1963) ialah seorang pelakon Amerika. Dia terkenal kerana bermain sebagai Paco Aguilar dalam Blood In Blood Out. Dia mempunyai peranan filem sokongan pada tahun 1990-an dalam Demolition Man (1993), Clear and Present Danger (1994), dan The River Wild (1994). Dari 1995 hingga 1999, dia membintangi sebagai Detektif Reynaldo Curtis dalam siri drama NBC Law & Order.
Bratt telah menerima empat Anugerah ALMA, Anugerah Screen Actors Guild dan pencalonan Anugerah Emmy Primetime.[1]
