Basrah (Arab: البصرة Al-Baṣrah) merupakan bandar kedua terbesar di Iraq. Bandar ini merupakan pelabuhan utama Iraq serta ibu negeri Pentadbiran Basrah.
Basra memainkan peranan penting dalam sejarah Islam, terutamanya sebagai pusat ilmu kerajaan Bani Umayyah.
