Al Azmatkhan'/Azmatkhan' (Bahasa Arab: [عظمة خان] Error: {{Transliteration}}: transliteration text not Latin script (pos 1: ع) (help), translit.: Aẓama[t] Khān) al-Husayni, juga mengeja Azmat Khan, Azhmatkhan, al-Azhamatkhan atau al-Azhamat Chan (Urdu: عظمت خان) ialah keluarga yang berasal dari Hadhramaut. Mereka menjejaki keturunan mereka kepada Sayyid Abd al-Malik Azmatkhan ibn Alawi Ammul Faqih, keturunan Husayn ibn Ali. Sayyid Abd al-Malik berhijrah dari Hadhramaut ke India pada abad ke-14 Masihi, lebih awal daripada hijrah lain dari Hadhramaut.[1]
