Atrak (juga Otrok) ialah seorang panglima dalam pentadbiran Cuman-Kipchak pada awal abad ke-12. Beliau bersama dengan adiknya Syrchan dikenal memerangi Kievan Rus' dan bangsa Alan. Atrak kemudian tiba-tiba berpisah dari adiknya, menjadi murtad dan berkhidmat di bawah Raja David IV dari Kerajaan Georgia. Beliau adalah ahli keluarga Sarukhaniyyah dan salah seorang puyang bangsawan Hungary, Terteroba. Rekod Rus menyebut beliau sebagai "Seorang Cuman yang Gila".[1]
