Atopi (Bahasa Yunani ἀτοπία - ketidakbertempatan, ketiadaan tempat, salah tempat, istimewa, luar biasa) atau sindrom atopi ialah kecenderungan terhadap perkembangan tindakan kehiperpekaan alahan tertentu.[1] Atopi boleh mempunyai komponen keturunan, tetapi sentuhan dengan alergen mesti berlaku sebelum tindak kehiperpekaan boleh berkembang.[2]
