Arawak

Orang Arawak ialah sekumpulan etnik orang asli di utara Amerika Selatan dan Karibia Secara khusus, istilah "Arawak" telah digunakan pada pelbagai masa dari Lokono di Amerika Selatan hingga Taíno, yang tinggal di Kepulauan Antilles Besar dan Antilles Kecil. Suku-suku Arawak iini bercakap dalam Rumpun Bahasa Arawakian yang saling berkaitan dan serumpun.[1]
