Apulia (nama rasmi: Puglia) merupakan sebuah regione di bahagian tenggara Itali. Ia bersempadan dengan Basilicata di barat, Laut Adriatik di timur, dan Molise di utara. Regione ini memiliki luas 19,366 km dan memiliki populasi sebesar 4,055,654 orang (sekitar 2003).

Ibu kota wilayah ini adalah Bari. Regione ini dibahagi menjadi lima wilayah, iaitu provinsi Bari, provinsi Brindisi, provinsi Foggia, provinsi Lecce dan provinsi Taranto.

Pembahagian administratif

Puglia dibagi menjadi enam provinsi (data resmi untuk provinsi ke-6 (Barletta-Andria-Trani), dibentuk pada tahun 2009, baru akan tersedia setelah sensus tahun 2011):
