Andrew Ferguson Neil (lahir 21 Mei 1949) ialah seorang wartawan dan pengacara United Kingdom.

Beliau merupakan ketua redaksi The Sunday Times lantikan Rupert Murdoch dari 1983 hingga 1994 sebelum berlaih kepada akhbar The Daily Mail. He was formerly chief executive and editor-in-chief of the Press Holdings group.[2] Beliau turut mengasaskan syarikat penyiaran televisyen satelit Sky TV pada 1988 di bawah kelolaan News Corporation serta menegerusi Press Holdings Media Group, yang memiliki majalah berita utama The Spectator sejak July 2008.[3]

Beliau paling dikenali mengacarakan program-program berita BBC selama berdekad-dekad terutamanya Politics Live and The Andrew Neil Show yang disiarkan BBC Two.
