Algebra universal
Algebra universal (kadangkala dipanggil algebra am) ialah bidang matematik yang mengkaji struktur algebra itu sendiri, bukan contoh ("model") struktur algebra. Sebagai contoh, daripada mengambil kumpulan tertentu sebagai objek kajian, dalam algebra universal seseorang mengambil kelas kumpulan sebagai objek kajian.
