Al Talaba (Arabic الطلبة) merupakan kelab bolasepak Iraq yang berpengkalan di Baghdad. Perkataan Talaba bermaksud pelajar dalam bahasa Arab. Mereka merupakan naib johan kepada kelab Jepun Bellmare Hiratsuka dalam edisi 1995 yang mana sekarang ini tidak berfungsi iaitu Asian Cup Winner's Cup.
