AerCap Holdings N.V. ialah sebuah syarikat pajakan penerbangan Ireland-Amerika yang beribu pejabat di Dublin, Ireland, dengan pejabat di seluruh dunia.[2] AerCap disenaraikan di NYSE dengan simbol ticker 'AER'. Syarikat ini menjadi syarikat pajakan penerbangan terbesar di dunia berikutan pengambilalihan ILFC pada tahun 2014,[3] dan GECAS daripada GE pada tahun 2021,[4] dengan nilai melebihi $30 bilion.[5]
