AMNOG

Arzneimittelmarkt-Neuordnungsgesetz ( AMNOG, terjemahan Bahasa Melayu: "Akta Penyusunan Semula Pasaran Farmaseutikal") adalah undang-undang Jerman yang berkaitan dengan pemasaran produk farmaseutikal di Jerman. Ia memerlukan pengeluar ubat untuk mengemukakan bukti kepada Jawatankuasa Bersama Persekutuan (Jerman) untuk menunjukkan bahawa produk baru mereka lebih berkesan daripada produk sebelumnya.[1] Ia dikreditkan dengan mengurangkan kos penjagaan kesihatan di Jerman.[2]
