4DX

4DX alah format filem 4D yang dibangunkan oleh CJ 4DPlex, anak syarikat rangkaian pawagam Korea Selatan CJ CGV. Ia membolehkan filem ditambah dengan pelbagai kesan praktikal, termasuk kerusi bergerak, angin, lampu strob, salji simulasi, dan aroma. Pertama diperkenalkan secara komersial pada tahun 2009, ia mempersembahkan filem dalam format 3D dan tradisional 2D.[1]

CJ telah melesenkan teknologi di seluruh dunia. Setakat September 2019, CJ 4DPlex mengendalikan 678 teater 4DX di 65 buah negara melalui perkongsian dengan lebih 80 pawagam, termasuk Wanda Cinemas, Cineworld, Regal Cinemas, dan Cinépolis. Syarikat mencatat kadar pertumbuhan tahunan lebih daripada 50 peratus dari tahun 2013 hingga 2018.[2]
