Forever Changes — ამერიკული როკ-ჯგუფ Love-ის მესამე სტუდიური ალბომი. იგი Elektra Records-მა 1967 წლის ნოემბერში გამოსცა. Forever Changes არის ჯგუფის ორიგინალური შემადგენლობის უკანასკნელი ალბომი, ვინაიდან შემდეგ ალბომებში ძირითადად მონაწილეობდა ართურ ლი, დამატებით მუსიკოსებთან ერთად.
