„Fat Old Sun“ განიხილებოდა კომპილაციაში Echoes: The Best of Pink Floyd შეტანის კანდიდატად, თუმცა დეივიდ გილმორის სურვილის მიუხედავად ის მასში არ შეუტანიათ.[3]

დეივიდ გილმორი სიმღერას ასრულებდა სოლო-კონცერტებზე 2001/2002, 2006 და 2015/2016 წლებში.
