پروتئین شمارهٔ ۴ واکنش‌دهنده با Cdc42 (انگلیسی: Cdc42-interacting protein 4) یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «TRIP10» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۵]^[۶]^[۷]^[۸]

این پروتئین با هانتینگتین، تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.^[۹]
