پروتئین دومِـین مرگ وابسته به گیرندهٔ شمارهٔ ۱ فاکتور نکروز توموری (انگلیسی: Tumor necrosis factor receptor type 1-associated DEATH domain protein) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «TRADD» کُدگذاری می‌شود.[۵][۶]

این مولکول، یک پروتئین وفق‌دهنده ترارسانی پیام و نوعی دومین مرگ است و موجب فعال‌شدنِ NF-κB می‌شود.
