تنظیم‌کنندهٔ ۱ تطویل رونویسی (انگلیسی: Transcription elongation regulator 1) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «TCERG1» کُدگذاری می‌شود.[۵][۶][۷]

این پروتئین با هانتینگتین و POLR2A[۸] تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
