SOD1
سوپراکسید دیسموتاز ۱ (انگلیسی: SOD1) یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «SOD1» (بر روی کروموزوم ۲۱) کدگذاری میشود. SOD1 یکی از انواع سهگانهٔ سوپراکسید دیسموتاز است.[۵][۶]
اهمیت این آنزیم در آن است که در آپوپتوز و در بروز بیماری اسکلروز جانبی آمیوتروفیک (ALS)[۶] (انواع ارثی[۷][۸][۹] یا تکگیر[۱۰] آن) نقش دارد.
