پروتئین وفق‌دهندهٔ بی، حاوی دامنه اس‌اچ۲ (انگلیسی: SH2 domain-containing adapter protein B) با نام اختصاری SHB، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «SHB» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۵]^[۶]

این پروتئین با مولکول‌های گیرنده ۱ فاکتور رشد فیبروبلاست^[۷] و C-Src^[۷] تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
