هم‌انتقال‌دهندهٔ شمارهٔ ۲ سدیم-گلوکز (انگلیسی: sodium/glucose cotransporter 2) یا به اختصار SGLT2، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «SLC5A2» کدگذاری می‌شود.^[۵]

این پروتئین در واقع یک پروتئین‌های حمل‌کننده گلوکز-سدیم است.

بازدارنده‌های این پروتئین، گلیفلوزین‌ها هستند که در درمان دیابت نوع ۲ کاربرد دارند.

اهمیت بالینی

جهش در ژن تولیدکننده این پروتئین با بروز بیماری گلیکوزوری کلیوی مرتبط است.^[۶]
